OUR GUESTHOUSES
LE DIACCE
An enchanting old farmhouse perched atop a hill, surrounded by lavender, olive trees, and vineyards, with a view on both Siena and the nearby village of Montegrossi and its castle ruins. Originally built in the 18th century in the region's stone and traditional rural style, the villa has been updated with modern touches.
Guest rooms are spacious with gabled ceilings, terracotta tile floors and antique furnishings. Cozy and quaint, the communal spaces are designed for relaxation, with charming accents typical of a Tuscan farmhouse. Guests have access to a 12x6-meter swimming pool (not heated, open May to September) and a garden.
The villa includes five double bedrooms (with aircon) each with its own bathroom upstairs, two large fully-equipped kitchens, one connected to a spacious dining room, two living rooms with wood-burning fireplace, and two powder rooms downstairs; two terraces with outdoor dining set. Sleeps ten people comfortably.
Il DIACCINO
A charming farmhouse set amid olive groves, woodland forests, and vineyards, Il Diaccino offers gorgeous panorama views of the countryside. Perfect for two, the small villa includes a double bedroom with powder room upstairs, a large fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, a large living room with two single sofa beds, a bathroom with shower downstairs, a covered private terrace with outdoor dining set, and access to 12x6-meter swimming pool (not heated, open May to September). Il Diaccino sits roughly 60 feet (20 meters) from Le Diacce, separated by tall, thick hedges, ensuring full privacy.
