Ciona Rosé Toscano IGT
A delightful saignée from 100% Sangiovese, our Rosé has a lovely salmon pink color with delicate notes of white peach, raspberry, lychee nut, and slightly herbal and earthy tones. It has a rounded texture yet a crisp, vibrant palate. Fermented and aged for a few months in stainless steel, it’s a great aperitif, a versatile food wine, or just a wonderful porch-sipper in summer. Well-balanced and easy drinking, we recommend serving it not too cold.
Harvest period
Sangiovese, from Oct 1st to Oct 15th

Manual in small baskets, immediately brought to the cellar for de-stemming.
