The estate covers 41 hectares (100 acres) - 4 ha (9.6 acres) of vineyards, 1 ha (2.4 acres) of olive grove and 36 ha (88 acres) of woodland - and hosts an enchanting 18th century Tuscan farmhouse, Le Diacce, and a smaller house, Il Diaccino. Newly renovated and built with the region's stone in the traditional rural style, they offer rooms with antique furnishings and each with a private bathroom; other amenities include private terraces for dining, telephone, satellite TVs, Wi-Fi connection and a 12x6-meter swimming pool. Surrounded by forested hills sprinkled with vineyards and olive groves, one can enjoy a unique view of Siena in the distance and the village of Montegrossi with its castle ruins.
Near the owners' villa, set in the midst of the vineyards, there is also a charming hideaway cottage for two, La Casetta, with a magnificent view. The cottage is now completely restored, has a smartly designed interior with antique furnishings, Wi-Fi connection and access to a 14x7-meter swimming pool. Total privacy and peace are assured.
